Attorney Grady Query has tried over 60 cases to a final verdict in state and federal courts. He has obtained verdicts in excess of $1 million in both state and federal courts. He has successfully argued cases before the South Carolina Supreme court, the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has submitted briefs for consideration by the United States Supreme Court.
He is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Civil Trial Advocacy. Certification is based upon proof submitted to the National Board of Trial Advocacy, requires proof of trials and appeals actually handled by an attorney as well as a day-long test on knowledge of the law and of court rules and procedures. Grady has obtained multimillion dollar settlements and jury verdicts within the past two (2) years. He was selected to the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association in 2013, 2014, and 2015 and was named to the prestigious Super Lawyers in 2015.
